The ED3361-0100 analog input terminal enables the direct connection of a resistance bridge (strain gauge – SG) or a load cell using a 4-wire or 6-wire connection technique. It records the ratio of the bridge voltage UBridge to the measured supply voltage USense and outputs the calculated load value as a process value based on the terminal settings. This enables precise recording of weights, torques, and vibrations.
Special features:
- integrated 10 V bridge supply UExc, generated from the power contacts
- parallel connection of bridges possible due to powerful bridge supply
- sampling rate of 10 ksps
The ED-series EtherCAT Terminals have push-in connection technology which makes wiring easy and tool-free.
