集成 EtherCAT 接口的 PS2000 系列电源
倍福 PS2000 系列目前又推出了内置 EtherCAT 接口的新型号，进一步完善了现有的三个 PS 系列电源产品。它们可以轻松收集更多的测量和设备数据，实现全面的系统监测，以提升设备利用率，减少停机时间。这些电源首次将紧凑型设计和高性能与预测性维护功能结合于一体。
这些全新的 PS2000 系列电源产品将高性能电源模块与超高速 EtherCAT 通信标准融合于一体。通过集成 EtherCAT 技术，控制器可以直接处理大量测量数据及电源内部数据，建立与电源的远程连接，并为直流输出范围（用于系统监测）或交流输入范围（用于电源监测）提供先进的监测功能。
在系统监测方面，会实时传输并持续更新诸如输出电流和电压等重要的运行参数。这样可以实现透明的数据洞察力，并在此基础上自动检测系统日后添加的额外用户。此外，也可以将电压、电流和温度数据添加到监测范围内，例如，可以监测设备中的发热情况，并收集基本的设备数据，如开关操作的次数或运行时间。在单相网络监测中，可以依据输入电压值检测欠压和过压等电压波动情况。此款电源产品拥有检测瞬态峰值输入电压的特殊功能。一个特殊的功能是检测输入瞬变，这是电源中能量丰富的高电压峰值。
状态信息、故障信息和报警也可以通过 EtherCAT 直接在控制平台上提供，为分析设备的运行状态和尽早检测出任何故障提供了最佳条件。可在控制系统中设置的报警阈值（例如，过电流指示）允许为现有的应用明确定义信号条件，并让电源能够根据实际情况调整。通过 EtherCAT 实现的远程连接还可以在设备停机或发生故障时精确关闭设备的某些部分。
对于 24 V 产品，电源有 10 A 和 20 A 两种型号，输出功率分别为 240 W 和 480 W。
对于 48 V 产品，则可提供输出功率为 480 W 的 10 A 型号。电力电子器件的布局经过优化，效率高达 96.3 %。该系列电源除了具有浪涌电流限制和功率因数校正（PFC）之外，还具有宽范围输入的特点，可在全球通用。
