Store assistant (m/f/x)

Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software, control cabinet-free automation, and hardware for machine vision.

We are a representative office in Wagholi, Pune, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a store assistant (m/f/x).

• daily warehousing operations, inward, outward, inventory, and returns
• stock checking and verification on a weekly/monthly basis.
• maintain serial number data with sales invoices
• dispatch material to customers by verifying purchase orders
• ensure dispatch as per the SO in accordance with the FIFO method
• maintain dispatch records (daily and monthly)
• keep recordof inward/outward documents and dispatch documents
• coordination with sales team

• Entry-level candidates any graduates are welcome to apply
• familiar with the Microsoft Office package: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work cross-functionally
