Product service engineers shape the future because services as add-ons to products are more popular than ever. Tools for maintenance and personnel planning on the factory floor? Integration of supporting devices such as data glasses? Maintenance instructions or programming tips? All of these can be services for whose design and development you will be responsible. Modern trends like the digital transformation and Industrie 4.0 also play important roles. You will develop many kinds of services with creativity and know-how in fields like product management, application programming development, sales and support.
