The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software as well as control cabinet-free automation. Product ranges that can be used as separate components or integrated into a complete and mutually compatible control system are available for all sectors. The central divisions of Beckhoff, such as development, production, administration, distribution, marketing, support and service, are locatedat the Beckhoff headquarters in Verl, Germany. Rapidly growing presence in the international market is taking place through 40 subsidiaries and branch offices. Through worldwide co-operation with partners, Beckhoff is representedin 75 countries. We are expanding in Malaysia. For this challenging task, we are looking for a Human Resource & Administration Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • HR function
    • handle full spectrum of HR functions include staff recruitment processes, staff orientation, training & development, appraisal planning, execution of HR policies and COVID-19 SOPs
    • co-ordinate recruitment activities such as advertising, participate in career fair, interview schedule andselection process
    • liaise with university and colleages for internship program, and arrange field trips to Beckhoff Automation office
    • maintain and update staff personal files and databases in a confidential manner all the time
    • to monitor and follow up on staff probation and confirmation
    • preparation of HR related letters and correspondences
    • update and maintain of staff attendance, leave record and training records
    • liaise with all government departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements (e.g. HRDF)
    • co-ordinate staff travelling ie. hotel & flight booking
  • Admin function
    • checking of staff claims
    • manage record of office equipments (ie. Laptop, handphone & etc.)
    • setting up of laptop, handphone & etc for new staff
    • to maintain the office facilities and lead the facility management to ensure the safety and comfort ofmembers from time to time
    • actively liasing with contractor/suppliers for office equipments during maintenance or down time
    • supervising any of the contractor works if required (together with FM members)
    • performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
    • to support HR & Admin clerical tasks for Senior Operation Manager and MD
    • any other duties assigned by the Senior Operation Manager and MD when the need arises

Qualifications

  • candidate must possess at least diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma in HRM/Business Administration or related field
  • minimum 1-2 years experiences in field of HR management
  • fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • able to multi-task
  • positive attitude and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • demonstrated ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • display integrity, passion, and courage
