Solution and Application Engineer (m/f/x)

• support salespeople and customers in technical queries on Beckhoff’s products
• provide consultation on solutions to customers’ demands
• technical support for customers during projects and after sales, e.g. testing and troubleshooting
• participate in seminars/exhibitions/events to provide support and explain Beckhoff’s products and functions
• conduct technical product training sessions for customers

• bachelor’s degree in automation/mechatronic/electrical or electronic engineering or a related field
• >1 years experience in technical support/R&D working in a factory automation industry is an advantage (candidates with a high level of relevant experience will be considered for senior engineer position)
• fluent English communication skills
• experienced in PLC, HMI programming is an advantage
• knowledge of high-level programming languages such as C, C++, and C# is an advantage
• well-organized, time management and multi-tasking skills
• pro-active, positive, genuine, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude
