职位描述
- 通过测试验证供应商生产的成品质量；
- 根据 IPC A610 评估PCBA 质量；
- 分析测试失败案例并识别缺陷；
- 找出缺陷的根本原因并提供解决方案；
- 监控整个生产流程，确保符合质量标准；
- 执行质量保证程序和协议，确保生产顺利进行；
- 维护缺陷和问题记录，生成准确的质量报告；
- 定期与供应商沟通，讨论质量KPI；
- 进行现场考察，直接了解生产流程；
- 与供应商合作解决质量问题，不断提高生产质量；
- 向总部报告现场考察的情况和结果；
- 与总部协调，对 Beckhoff 编程和测试设备进行维护和更新。
职位要求
- 本科或硕士学历，生产相关专业，并具有质量管理相关资质。
- 具有在电子元器件和设备等制造业工作经验。
- 具有质量管理、质量品控等相关领域的经验。
- 有能力对各种产品进行测试和检验，以确保质量标准，并有能力根据质量标准做出明智决策。
- 熟练使用软件工具分析质量数据和创建报告。
- 有对供应商进行部分现场考察的意识。
- 能够鉴别质量问题，并与供应商合作制定有效的解决方案。
- 具有团队意识，能够与其他部门密切合作。
- 能够清晰易懂地传达复杂的技术信息。
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
Responsibilities:
- Verify the quality of finished products manufactured by the supplier through conducting tests.
- Evaluate PCBA quality according to the IPC A610.
- Analyze test fail cases and identify defects.
- Identify the root causes of defects and provide solutions.
- Monitor and control the entire production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform quality assurance procedures and protocols to enable smooth production operations.
- Maintain records of defects and issues to generate accurate quality reports.
- Regularly communicate with the supplier to discuss about the quality KPI.
- Conduct onsite visits to gain direct insight to production processes.
- Collaborate with the supplier to resolve quality issues and continually improve production quality.
- Report to headquarter regarding the performance and results of onsite visits.
- Perform maintenance and update of Beckhoff programming and test equipment in coordination with headquarter.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s in production-related field with qualification in quality management
- Experience in manufacturing of electronic components and devices
- Experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Ability to conduct tests and inspections on various products to ensure quality standards and ability to make informed decisions regarding quality standards.
- Proficient use of software tools for analyzing quality data and creating reports.
- Willingness to conduct partial onsite visits at suppliers.
- Ability to identify quality issues and develop effective solutions in collaboration with suppliers.
- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate closely with other departments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and comprehensibly.
- Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
