• 分析电子和机械元器件的生产规格和技术要求。
• 优化电子和机械元器件的生产流程。
• 监控整个生产周期的进度。
• 与供应商建立并保持良好的沟通基础，以确保稳定可靠的信息流动和物资来源。
• 与生产团队合作，优化生产流程，协商有利条件，并维护良好的供应商关系。
• 解决供应链问题，尽量减少生产中断。

• 本科学历，生产管理、工商管理、物流或相关专业。
• 具有在制造业做生产计划管理的经验。
• 熟悉电子和机械元器件及其生产流程。
• 熟练使用生产计划软件、ERP 系统和 Microsoft Office 办公软件。
• 具有较强的数据评估和决策分析能力。
• 较强的组织能力。
• 注重细节，确保生产计划和调度的准确性。
• 能够适应不断变化的生产要求，有效地应对突发情况。
• 积极主动的解决问题的能力，能够发现并解决生产过程中的问题。
• 出色的沟通和人际交往技能，能与内部团队和外部供应商/利益相关者有效合作。
• 优秀的英语读写和口语听说能力。

• Control and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective work preparation to optimize production processes.
• Develop production plans considering factors such as material availability, equipment capacity, and lead times.
• Generate and manage production orders to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and administration related to production planning and preparation.
• Utilize relevant software tools for data management and documentation.
• Monitor and adjust production plans to meet delivery and order deadlines.
• Analyze production specifications and technical requirements for electronic and mechanical components.
• Optimize production processes for electronic and mechanical components.
• Monitor progress throughout the production cycle.
• Establish and maintain a strong communication foundation with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable flow of information and materials.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows in the manufacturing process, to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Adress supply chain issues to minimize production disruptions.

• Bachelor’s degree in production management, business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components and their production processes.
• Proficiency in using production planning software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and decision-making.
• Strong organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to adapt to changing production requirements and address unexpected challenges efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in the production process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers/stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
